At Equity Partners International, Incorporated, we fund, advise, guide and restructure the private equity/capital structure of operating companies. We do so through diverse investment strategies that includes venture capital, growth capital, bank financing, merchant banking, and leveraged buyouts. We are considered financial sponsors that raise funds and invest them according to various strategies, including yours for growth.

We are fully committed to partnering with portfolio companies to grow and succeed. On average, we are working with a dozen companies, with capital raises in the $500,000 to $10,000,000 range. Equity Partners International always invests alongside our partners and you and your management team. Our work has included capital restructuring for companies with revenues from zero (startups) to $450,000,000 in annual revenues.
